She worked bedside for ten years and watched things get lost between people. You tell one nurse something and it never reaches the next one.
So there is one person here. Three years, and nobody has been handed to somebody else. It is a limit as much as a promise, and it means nobody asks you to explain your history twice.
She will also tell you when the answer is no, and she will not offer you something cheaper instead to make the visit worth it.
