Support for the partthat happens at home.

You inject yourself, in your own kitchen, on your own schedule. What is missing is somebody who knows your history, checks in every week, and picks up the phone. That is what this is.

HSA and FSA accepted. No autopay, no term.

Amanda at her desk

One thing to be clear about first

Some of this happens here and some of it happens in your kitchen. The lipo B, lipo C and L-carnitine injections are given here. The GLP medications are the ones you inject yourself at home, and being willing to do that is the requirement for those. No bloodwork is needed to start.

What you get

Four things, and none of them is a package.

A consultation first

Not a lab draw. We go through your history and what you have already tried, and we decide together whether this suits you.

A weekly check-in, virtually

With Amanda, usually by text. It fits around your week rather than the other way round, and you do not have to come in for it.

She handles the medical director

Once a month, on your behalf, so most people never need an appointment for it.

Her number, all week

Between refills, questions come up that do not wait. You have her, not a queue.

Why people come here for it instead

You are not starting over each time

The person reading your history this month is the person who read it last month, and the month before.

Nothing is on autopay

No auto-enrolment, no term, no package to decode. You book what you need and stop when you are done.

It is not offered to everyone

There are criteria, and some histories do not suit this. You will hear that plainly rather than be sold something else instead.

What patients say

I got ahold of Amanda and was able to get in for my IV therapy she customized for my needs. I felt amazing.

Katie H.

Following my Lipo injection, I had an excellent night's sleep and an increase in energy.

How it starts

Three steps, and the first one costs less than a drip.

1

Book a consultation

Half an hour, and no bloodwork needed to have it.

2

Go through it properly

What you have tried, what happened, what you take, and whether this is right for you.

3

Then weekly check-ins

Usually a text. Plus her number for the weeks in between.

Questions about weight support

Do I need bloodwork to start?

No. Labs are not a requirement for the weight programme and have not been for a while. If your bloodwork would genuinely change the plan you will be told, and otherwise it is simply not asked of you.

Do you give the injections here?

Some of them. The lipo B, lipo C and L-carnitine injections are given here. The GLP medications, semaglutide and tirzepatide, are injected by you at home, and being willing to do that is the requirement for those.

How often would I be in?

Often not at all. The weekly check-in is virtual, usually a text, and the monthly review with the medical director is something Amanda does on your behalf rather than something you attend.

Is everyone accepted?

No. There are criteria, and some histories do not suit this. That conversation happens at the consultation, before you have spent anything.

Is there a contract or a membership I have to join?

No. Nothing renews on its own and there is no term you are held to.
