Why we built it this way.
We spent years at the bedside watching care pass from hand to hand like a game of telephone. So we built the opposite: a place where the person you talk to first is the person who looks after you, and the person who answers your text or your call.
We take our time. And if something isn't right for you, we say so before you spend a dollar.
Your first visit.
You walk in with questions. You walk out with a plan, and nothing to pay until you say yes to it. Here is your whole visit, start to finish.

Before you come.
Drink some water on the way. No fasting needed, and snacks and drinks wait in the lounge. Wear sleeves that roll up past the elbow. Bring a list of everything you take, including supplements and herbal remedies, because some combinations change what is safe for you.

Sit down with us.
Take the time you need. Tell us how you feel, what you have tried, and what you hope for. Nervous about needles, or have veins been hard to find before? Tell us, and we take the time to get it right the first time.

Hear what would help.
Get a straight answer, even when the answer is no. We turn people away when a treatment does not suit their history.

Decide.
Book what we agreed, or go home and think it over. You pay nothing until you say yes.

Relax in your own room.
A quick pinch, and only a soft, flexible tube stays in your arm, so you can move, scroll and hold a drink. Lean back in a zero gravity massage chair with a red light facial lamp and a warm eye mask. Bring a friend if you like.

Head home.
Drive yourself home or go back to work. If anything in your visit changes that, we tell you before you leave.
How an IV drip works.
IV means intravenous: fluids and nutrients flow straight into your bloodstream through a soft, flexible tube called a catheter. A saline-based electrolyte solution carries your chosen vitamins and minerals, so your body receives them without the losses of digestion. The needle opens the way and comes out; the soft tube stays in and does the work. Plan on forty five to sixty minutes in the chair, plus a consultation on your first visit. Before your first infusion, we review your health history. Some people notice mild bruising or soreness at the site, possibly the day after; true allergic reactions are rare.

You see every price before you book, and we add nothing at the desk. No contract for a visit or a program, and neither renews on its own. The membership is the one commitment, six months, and we never enroll you automatically.
