How long does it take, and how often?
Forty five to sixty minutes in the chair, plus a consultation on your first visit, fifteen to thirty minutes. Some clients come monthly, others when they feel run down; nothing renews automatically.
What should I do before and after?
Drink water on the way and wear sleeves that roll up past the elbow. No fasting; snacks and drinks wait in the lounge. Afterward, keep drinking water through the day.
Is it safe for me?
We ask about your history, medications and supplements before we choose a blend, and we tell you plainly if a drip does not suit you.
